  • Customer: refers to the company, organisation or person that signs up to use the Trowbridge Basketball Club Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.

  • Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Trowbridge Basketball Club and use the services.

  • Service: refers to the service provided by Trowbridge Basketball Club as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform. A service is any “Programme”, “Camp”, “Training Session”, “Event”, and or “Game” that can be purchased.

  • You: a person or entity that is registered with Trowbridge Basketball Club to use the Services.

  • Membership: refers to a recurring plan or service whether that be monthly or annually.

Return & Refund Policy


Thanks for joining us at Trowbridge Basketball Club. We appreciate the fact that you have taken an interest in Basketball with us at Trowbridge Basketball Club. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our services.


As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Trowbridge Basketball Club. We’ll be as brief as possible. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Trowbridge Basketball Club, you agree to the terms set forth below along with the Clubs Privacy Policy.


If there’s something wrong with the service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, we will not be able to issue a refund for your service. We advise you to contact us with any issues and we will be happy to assist you where possible.



We pride ourselves on serving our customers with the best service possible. Our coaches are fully-qualified and pride themselves on providing high-quality and fun sessions of Basketball.


We plan sessions months in advance; however, there may be times when we may not have the coaching staff available. In most cases we have other fully-qualified coaches who can substitute in and lead the session. However, in rare cases, where we cannot find a substitute coach, we may have to cancel a session. You will be contacted about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about it and if you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash in Person), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.


Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for the annual Senior or Junior memberships. Neither do we refund for the monthly Scrimmage or WEBBA services, although you can cancel at any time.

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
